Yep me when I was 15 and went for the first time

I see douche bags like that at my gym all the time . HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I do remember one time doing decline barbell presses, w/o a spotter, thought I could get one more and got stuck , lmao , I almost choked myself out .
Wait , wtf am I laughing ???

I just smh and move along..lol
