I met with my new diet coach today...woohooo!

I met with my new coach today who is covering all of my diet and nutrition needs. Hes a super cool guy around my age, all natty, and has a very similar background so we got along great. He was very interested in my goals, so we're gonna start off my cutting myself down to six percent body fat. He took my measurements and im currently at 14% body fat. Once i get leaned out hes gonna see if i look good enough to possibly compete. Hes coached about 6-7 guys whove competed who places really well. I can tell hes passionate and really wants to help you succeed so im really pumped!!

Im gonna be following Ben Pakulski's M140 routine who my coach is an ambassador for. lIm soooo excited to start this!
