I will hopefully be down to about 6-7% BF in about 8 weeks. I will then be taking it easy for about 3 months and then jumping into a bulking cycle. Anyone have any good links with bulking info, any good reads. I have done bulking cycles in the past and gained between 20 and 30lbs each time, but blow up to about 18-20%BF. Just looking for some new ideas for bulking diets. Looking to get in about 5000 cals.
