i have had a few that dont tolerate damn near any good carb source whatsoever. i would say that is where we need to look to solve your issues.

I know what I am sensitive to an it happens to be in so much, even meat an veggies. I am motivated, I dont give up on anything an I know my body. I would be interested though in seeing what you could come up with an paying you for your help.

I've had some as well Baby. Guns is the guru around here but if I can help I will. I've had clients who ranged from teenagers to 80 year olds who just wanted to be able to stand up out of chair without support.
Re: Calling all personal trainers!!!
just popped into my head what i did with an older lady with allergy and issues with being sensitive to damn near everything. now dont cringe at this but baby foods. think about it, they are as pure and clean as you can get for the most part and most are very easy on people with allergies. sweet potatoes are actually a fav of my own. you can also do the oats and rice in the boxes. my ultimate go to to start with someone with issues is cream of rice. it is a slow to medium release carb source and is very gently on the digestive track. those are just a few things that popped into my head

This is spot on. On top of that it's a lot easier as many baby foods come in pouches now so they are easy to carry and store!

Re: Calling all personal trainers!!!
Here is the thing...I know how to eat healthy, what to do for exercise and such but allergies are starting to get crazy. I can hardly touch Fuzos skin to long without getting hives. I am allergic to stearic acid and magnesium stearates, or stearates in general. Go look at any meds you have, and vitamins and supps, hair products , foods..its in damn near everything and is derived from palm oil so none of that for me wither. Coconut and olive oil are more natural sources of it but I still cant use much of the either. It is in many foods...I dry to buy organic with things that really matter and have realized that I cant cut this out completely, but I am trying to wind it down as much as I can. It is in plastics also so i try to use more glass for things when drinking and such. Now the exercise part of this is hard to because of the allergies raising my histamine level. I am exhausted if I do HIIT cardio, to heavy of weights or just intense excercise. It wipes me out and I cant take supps to help anything.
So thats most of my story, lol. Cant have melon, bananas, lemon, coconut oil, dark chocolate,,,ugh
Still think you can help me?lol
I was talking to a woman who told me this can happen when you are in peri menopause and i know I am in that phase. she claims this will stop once this is all over. I could go on .
I have changed my multi to organic with NO fillers and my iron supp also. I have changed 2 of my daily meds to liquid also.

Sounds like you may have what's known as adrenal fatigue. Have you ever been checked?
