to much protein doesnt mean more added fat. you need 1-1.5g and even up to 2g of protein while trying to strop off bodyfat. the key to the game of weight loss isnt weight loss it is fat loss. so keeping that hard earned muscle while stripping off body fat is done with protein. staying in a positive nitrogen balance while keeping the cals low is how we achieve this.

This will be my wife's 8 th cycle she knows how to watch for sides and how she reacts to aas she is still in recovery from a shoulder and bicep tear last year so her workouts are light weight high reps her goal with this cycle is to gain mass to tighten up her problem areas.
