the wife and i have been going thru a gallon of arizona diet green tea every 3-4 days...$2.50 at walmart and 2/$5 at walgreens currently

brother, that stuff has almost no EGCG. you would have to drink about 25 16oz servings to get the 200mg necessary for effect. I used to drink it all the time for the benefits and I was told this. I did research and dammit they were right.Quote:
