Shortness of breath?

Just back from vacation, had a great vacation. But while snorkeling I felt like I could not get enough air, I could float on a safety device and look in the water to simulate snorkeling. Once I left the flotation device trying to swim to spear fish I quickly run out of air and could not get back to the boat fast enough. Keep in mind I have had no problem in past trips, as little as two years ago. Also have noticed running has become a problem just can't seem to get enough air. Just wondering if the use of TEST or DECA would cause these symptoms. I ask this because the plastic surgeon that was on the trip with us after explaining the symptoms, his first question was if I was on any gear?
History TRT for the last 14 months with a cycle of 300 additional TEST with 150 DECA.

anxiety

Were you worried about sharks? Been on TRT for 4 years now and run Deca twice a year. Cardio is get better every year.

Have been there before never any problems, but always on the look out for fish that could eat me! Thinking anxiety or panic attack but can't figure why now.
The benefits of the TEST and DECA I can deal with the running but want to make sure I am safe. My TRT doc doesn't feel the TRT would cause symptoms!
Just had physical nothing alarming only dealing with high BP.

your red blood cell count HEMOCRITand HEMOGLOBIN could be high,I get shortness of breath due to high red BLOOD cells from my gear especialy EQ

If you put on alot of size lately could take getting used to.

I have not donated blood in a while will do that and look at ways to naturally lower my BP.
