You should gain incredible results from 300 to 500 mg a week since you have been off for 4 years. A 12 week 500 mg/wk run of test with eq would be great, and perhaps take Var for 4 weeks at the end, say around week 11-14. I never liked going above 500mg on test due to side effects, and found that with the right orals it wasn't necessary. A good dbol jump start and var at the end yields good results. You could also start with prop for a nice jump start.

The amount of test also would depend on your size and experience. The first time I ever ran test was about 17 years ago and I did great with 250 every 5 days, so about 350mg a week.

I don't usually go over 600mg a week and it works well for me.

16-20wks low and long wouldnt hurt anything at all. the pro would be that you arent hammering you body with high doses so the side effects should be low to none at all. i dont see anything at all wrong with it personally

What do you think would be the ideal test to eq ratio? 250mgT/250mgE or go higher on the test 300mgT/200mgEQ or lower on the test 200mgT/300EQ? Just curious.

Been off and on training since college....mid 30s now.
Naturally went from 140 at 12-15% in college and got to around 160 at 10% naturally in early 20s.
Then starting in mid 20s for about 4-5 years I would run a cycle every spring to lean out and would usually finish up around 170-175 at 10%. Once I usually came off my diet would go to crap and training would stop or be sparatic, alot of this was probably from crashing even though I did PCT.
4 years ago I had a bunch of health issues and have slowly worked them out. Still have some postural issues and imbalances which affect lower back and forearms. Because of this I can not train with the volume or weight that I use to.
These days I stay around mid 180s at a fat 18% lol. Diet is okay but definitely not bodybuilding strict. I mainly shoot for 150-200 grams of protein a day and shoot for around 30 grams of fiber a day. I focus more on lower glycemic carbs but I am not gonna lie at night after a healthy dinner I have me a few deserts :poop:

Eq is a waste under 600mg I would do 500 test 600 eq

the way it sounds it is that you are trying to get back it the swing of things from the info you have provided. i'd personal just bump the test up to 500 weekly for about 4 weeks and then add some var in at 50-60mgs for 8 weeks and after your 12 weeks is up just decrease your by 100mgs a week til you get back to a weekly dose you are comfortable at for your trt. maybe add some npp or deca in there at a low dose just for joints.
there's nothing wrong with what the other bro's are suggesting just adding my two cents.

I enjoy low doses man, been a low dose guy forever, once in awhile bump things up but for the most part year round low doses. My bloods and everything are great from a decade and a half of use.
