It doesn't matter who they pick. That goes for all positions in the administration. They are all corrupt to the core, every last one of them.

For some of them my guess is they get caught up in unethical or illegal activity and want to exit safely while they can. But some of the ones who have been part of the controversies looming in the administration end up stepping down but only to take another position for the administration which is often times a promotion.
