I broke my femur and my squat is 135 up to pushing it to 315 at times. is there a thing I can do to get my squats back up? I can leg press a house.
I know this isn't exactly what you're referring to here but...
I absolutely HATE doing abs.
I just can't find the motivation to do them, even when I'm leaning down. I do them but I hate them. I've tried doing them first in the workout so at least they will be done and I can get to the real workout... lol

I've always sucks at wide grip pull ups! I'm getting better at them actually!
ez biceps try doing hammer curls they make your arm movements strong as hell. I don't know ez you look like you got a great set of guns.
Deadlifts hard to break prs and yeas guys my prs are low lol....squats can be but I have good days and bad days
