I've been wearing some asic wrestling shoes.
Im wearing under armer shoes right now, love em. Idk what the particular shoe is called but under armer makes it. I got em at academy almost a year ago and they still look and feel good. But i dont wear them out anywhere else.

Chuck Taylors
thats original i aint never seen anyone in the gym wearin those
Perfect for squats and dead lifts. Probably won't help your bench though.
lmao very funny
I have found the best workout shoes and bought 4 pairs of them from Eastbay . They are Nike baseball trainers..They have a fairly firm sole, not too squishy, flat bottom, so I can squat in them, do anything, lift, run, cardio etc. Plus they are cheap, about 50- 60$
Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell is who brought Chuck Taylors to powerlifting...I havent worn them since high school, but all my PL friends wear them...
nike lunar makes a great comfy running shoe
Nike Romaleos 2, I only use them on leg and back day.
I HAVE NIKE SHOX
pumas ,chucks,adidas running shoe
I'm no doc but I'd think its your foot not the shoe. Check in with a podiatrist. I use to have trouble with running/ my right foot hurting. Though it could be my foot, I've had knee injures before, thought it could be from that. Turned out my IT band was too tight and was torquing my foot externally so my foot strike walking and running was all F'd up. Gave me pains every where but at the problem. I foam roll my IT band 2 or 3 times a week and it makes a world of a difference. If its your achillias, maybe you got trouble in your calve muscles? I wear vibram 5 finger and new balance minimus vibrams all the time now.
