Peptides & Cutting: Ipa & GRF 1-29
i am looking into utilizing some peptides for my cut to help assist in fat loss while maintaining what little muscle i have. i am looking into ipamorelin & GRF 1-29 & 100 mcg 3 times a day on empty stomach. was hoping to get some feedback on this whether this is in fact a good combo, am i missing something, and whats yalls thoughts in general.
Re: Peptides & Cutting: Ipa & GRF 1-29
Yeah thats the most common way to use Ipam(GHRP) and GHRH (1-29 no dac).
I take it AM empty stomach, Pre-w/o at least 1-2 hours after a p/c based meal, and before bed at least 1-2 hours after a meal. You need to dose at least 30mins before eating or 1-2 hours after as general knowledge.
A good time to utilize the combo would be before fasted morning cardio, which I try to do 3 times a week when cutting.

dam diesel, you just laid that shit out there. thanks my dude!
Re: Peptides & Cutting: Ipa & GRF 1-29
Yup diesel laid it out. I like 2x a day. 3x is a pain in the ass. Insulin pins everywhere. Throw in some bilateral igf shots thats alot of insulin pinz.
I am doing very similar except taking igf1 des 1 minute pre workout. Alternating ghrp-2 and ipam as a ghrp.
