I have a friend who has used it and plans on it again but no gear or anything. I said that it was a bad idea but just curious of anyone's thoughts on this?
He lost a bunch if weight before but of course gained it all back. I said diet and train first but ya know how that goes for most.

Isnt the HCG diet based on 500 calories a day? I heard it is bunk for fat loss, but it is hugely popular
Not to mention HCG burns out the leydig cells in the testes that will eventually render him a hypogonadal male.....
