Army may have to extend Afghanistan deployments due to budget cuts
Soldiers deployed to Afghanistan next year may see their war tours extended because budget cuts will drastically limit training for brigades to replace them, the top Army general said Friday.

wtf over that is not right, it supposed to be only 9 months now and with no r & r, if they extend they better get some r & r......better yet no money then bring them all home ffs.

why cant we just finish the damn job instead of having to go back in 5 or 10 years. 8-12 month deployments for units, huge build up, sweep the country then move in with the people and police that ***** till they can take it back over. i should be the president
