Ok I have a friend who both husband and wife compete. his wife has ran primo, anavar, clen before. She has won a couple npc contest. But she is wanting to bulk up a little.
Her current Stats
5'7
140lbs
Age 27
He is wanting her to do an 8 week bulk cycle then a 10 week cutter.
Can you recommend a bulk cycle for her and then a cutter. I'm not good with the ladies. Thanks for the help.

i know of a woman who would use like 50mg test p a week and say she got good results,thislady is a npc top ranked amateur,she will be on the board soon
NPP depending on her previous cycle history and sides...Start off with 50mg split 25mg twice ew, then up if not sides to 75mg then 100mg..I start with 100mg ew. She can run something to get the water off, but NPP does not retain much if any water. She can run var last 5wks if she wants to at 10mg ed. She can use this as a cutting cycle as well..no need to switch esters. Just run it longer..Diet is the most important element for cutting bf. The aas will do its work if diet and training are in check.
my recommendation bulk cycle for bbing woman:
weeks 1-8 anavar 40-50 mg daily
weeks 1-8 mast prop 100-150 mgs a week
have her also consider gh if shes planning on being a national competitor gh will help tremendously.
once again this is for a bber. if shes a figure girl then doses can be cut in half. also to note woman shouldnt do any compound different as far as aas goes when comparing cutting to bulking. ive heard of woman using deca but i have personally never put a woman on it. only thing that should change in my opinion is diet and fat burner acillaries.

Primo bayer amps at 100mg ew for 8-10weeks,clen and Var starting at 10mg than bumping up to 20mg did wonders for my girl babyweight at age 34 and was already in great shape! ...NPP and or Prop are a good start for starting a lil more bulker!
50mg prop on mon and thur for 6weeks worked great for my ex while on var at 10-20mg....Helios on and off 2weeks here and there!
Goin much higher in doses or for longer than a couple months ur increasing the chances of a deeper voice and definatly xtra hair growth! (waxing bill gets expensive lol)
I know a few women that use enanthate but no longer have the feminen look that dirtybird bikini models need to have!
Tbol at 5-10mg ed i also know women using this regimen for short periods of time...
There is alot of homework and decisions to make if a woman wants to take the next step! Using short esters helps if u start noticing virilization and have a better chance of it not getting worse..
