Just sitting around this moring . Wanted to stop in and say hi . Last week I was at work and started to ben over to pick up my boots and some how thru out my back . This suck's . Today is back day my best day for traning . I think I pinch something . I don't have a clue . I was thinking of going to the doc. , but I was hopeing it would feel better by now . I mess up my back when I was younger . I had a 900 lb. object land on it . So I just don't work out to look good , it's because I have too . This really gets the best of me , because the gym is the only way for me to release stress . Not being there drives me nuts , and pisses me off ! O' well I hope every else has a better day .

i like to use ibuprofen and aspirin together. can be hard on the stomach, though.if youve been dealing with it for a while, you know what you can do and what you cant. all of us with bad backs have our own rehab methods. mine maintains better when i'm doing deadlifts, but that might send you to the hospital. some get help from chiropractic, but not everyone. hang in there. it will get better. dont rush itThere is no substitute for experience......

Thank's for the reply , I'm not taking d-bol . I've been off since Dec. I'll be going to the chiropractic Doc. on monday . hopefully he'll be able to fix me right up . He has in the past . I been threw this too many times . It's just my luck , I just started putting on size and this happens . It's something that I've learned to live with .
