Last month we were fortunate enough to travel to Northern Ireland’s coast to tour the Old Bushmills distillery. Bushmills Irish whiskey has been filling rocks glasses for almost three centuries now, and their distillery is widely considered the oldest on Earth. On our visit we were lucky enough to get a taste of the distillery-only 12-year single malt. We enjoyed it surrounded by the very oak casks where the spirit is aged. It was a powerful, humbling experience to drink such fine whisky in such fine surroundings, and got us thinking: Where are the 10 best places in the world to enjoy a glass?
