a little cycle help

im a 47 year old Ironworker, in ok shape, iv been working out twice a week for about 9 months, mostly the treadmill and light weights. Im 6' tall and about 210lbs. 34 inch waist.. did the blood tests and everything is fine. my test is alittle low i would think around 350 ( i guess thats ok for my age, at least thats what the doctor said) I want to put some meat on me for the summer so i figured id do a 10 or 12 week cycle. i ordered some test and deca. is that a good choice for me? if so how much should i use? im thinking 500 a week on the test and 250 on the deca. i also got a vial of that hcg stuff and some clomid.. im still looking for a website with the nov.
any help would be nice, i want to start my cycle in about 3 weeks when my stuff gets here.
also one more question... i only want to do the one cycle and maybe follow up with that androgel, is androgel any good?

I'd up Deca to at least 400mg for 10 wks..and Run Test for 12wks at 500mg. Keep nolvadex, clomid on hand. simple and easy.

How many cycles have you done in the past or is this your first? It sounds like this is your first one. I really don't have any experience with androgel but if your lookin to go on some sort of hrt, after this cycle and before you start pct, go to an endo and get on some inj. test @ 200-250/wk for your hrt.

yes my first

androgel sucks and you have to worry about it getting on everything and rubbin off on your woman. it did nothing for me is why my dr put me on shots. for a first cycle i would only do test. 400-500 a week for 10-12 weeks

Yup, I'd roll with what MOFO said. On that dose test alone you'll be suprised at how much you'll gain.
