I am going to take 100mg of winstrol/day this cycle. What (and how much) do you guys reccomend for liver protection?
I'm doing 1000mg of ALA and Milk Thisle per day to help protect my liver.
200mg of ALA with every meal, I agree with Bouncer..Tylers liver detox is a must.

using r-ALA at 1000mg a day here. i don't want no fat from carbs on this cycle. :D and the liver protection is surely there since the r-ALA is proven 3 times effective as ALA. call me mr. overdoser. :D
with regular ala 900-1200mg/day is good for the liver. if it is r-ala it is a third of that amount so around 400mg/day
it is so cheap i run 2.5-3 grams of ala ed for 100 days ever cycle

By who ? For liver protection I doubt you'll find anything that proves r-ALA is even 2x better.... or better at all.
And since r-ALA cost 5x as much as ALA .... how much better is it really.

:rolleyes: for its intended purpose.....the whole carb/insulin thing it work wonders for. IT IS PROVEN 3X EFFECTIVE FOR THIS. as for liver protection i can only assume it is also 3X as effective, therefore lesser dose will do. how about you prove me wrong? lol. until then, i say 3 times less dosage of R-ala than ALA for either purpose. i take 1 gram r-ALA a day so i'm covered no matter what bro. :)Quote:
