finally back squatting!!!!
after almost six months... knee injury had me using the leg press all this time as my knee couldn't take the shearing pressure from squatting.
it felt good as hell though! no pain in the knee whatsoever. i didn't go over 225; i think the tendons and ligaments in that knee need some time to strengthen a bit before i put any weight on there.
i was a bit shaky on a few reps, but i was able to go ass-to-calves on every rep, and it felt GOOD my brothas!!!

Yeah, nothing better that ATC squats. I don't know why some guys even waste time doing them if they aren't even going to go parallel. There's one dude at my gym, a real moron, who puts on like 295 and yells and all this crap and he doesn't get anywhere near parallel. When will people learn?

totally. what kills me is when people squat forwards... instead of starting with their hips and squatting back with the weight they almost lean forwards with it. these are always the guys who go like a quarter of the way down too. dumbasses.

Glad to hear bra ! I know the feelin' too, I had a lil meniscus clean up four years ago that really took some girth off my left quad. Take your time with it and no worries bra.
