Like me i workout monday/tuesday/wednesday sometimes and other times ill do mon/wed/fri/ and i workout for 1- 1 1/2 hours
monday-friday with weights off season and cardio on saturday. no more than 1-2 hours depending on body part
prep mode 6 days a wk, 5 days weights 6 days cardio no more than 2 hours but usually average about an hour and a half
Three days per week with weights, about 55-60 minutes plus 3 days a week of cardio on separate days.
6 days a week usually Wednesday-Monday with Tuesday being the off day
I am 6 months out right now, I am hitting it 6 times per week, no cardio yet, just warm ups here and there.
Off season, I train 4-5 times per week. 1.5 hour on an average.

Every single day 365 if Im to sick I wont train thats it.I will always do something when I go to the gym.I do my weekly regimen then if Im to sore to start over again Ill switch it up.Every day baby
WHEW you guys are hardcore. I assume yall are ON most the time as well???
year around Im on until I cant do it anymore.Soon since summer is coming Ill switch gear to cutting but Im on all the time and have been now for 10 years
3 x wk weights and cardio, 4 days cardio. till i bulk when im 40...lol.. then 3 x weights and 5 days 30min cardio
4 days on, 1 day off for me.

mon to friday,just like my job weekends sometimes if i'm up to it
4 to 5 days 45 minutes tops each day..... OK, legs will be more like an hour. No cardio really. Walk at night a few days a week with the wife. I get plenty of activity working in the yard or around the house.
5 days a week sometime between Monday and Sunday just depending on schedule
I work out at the gym 3x/week and 2 days I do cardio at lunch and then yoga after work. Hopefully starting this weekend I get in an extra day :)
