When to add in new compounds

Question for my bros of iron lol. When did you decide to throw extra compounds into your cycles was it from the gains stalling or to aid in keeping muscle while you were on a cut. Just curious of your uses and expirences

Me it was just after a couple cycles of only test then I'd add a compound and see how it treats me then I'll add an oral and see how that is I'm not too big into many compounds at once this will be my first time running 3 at once and an oral. It all depends on how my body reacts and If I want to cut or bulk

So your gains on a certain mg of test just kept diminishing for example like first time 15lbs second 10lbs third 5lbs.

I add compounds to get a synergistic effect and keep doses lower and gains still coming.

im just trying to figure out what to add in next i am younger and was diagnosed with hypogonadism so im just gonna run on the trt for a while im just fascinated by anabolics and its fun planning your next move lol. so adding in a little eq would be better than upping the test when the time comes

Depends on what your goals are man. Adding in a little eq is a waste in my opinion. Now adding in eq is a different story

well im at 13% bf at 230lbs 5'11 id like to gain size lol who doesnt. but i would like to lean out some maybe to 10% bf. the trt test is the first time on anything so im thinking i should get to there with the trt dose. then i would like to put on some more muscle. my goal is 250 at 10% bf
