What dose do you guys typically run on cycle? Just want to see where everyone is at.
When I use it I take it at 12.5mg eod and adust if needed weather it be bumping to 25mg eod or staying at 12.5mg but dosing ed instead.
I'm currently on TRT now with a script for adex and last bloodwork put me at 0 e2 at just .5mg / week with a total t count of 590 if I remember right and free t at 19 and some change so doc said to stop the adex for now.
Yeah you probably don't aromatize
Last cycle I ran I was on 600mg/week of test e bloodwork came back with e2 in the mid 40s total t was maxed out per that test I forget what my free t count was. This was almost 2 years ago I believe
I start around 12.5mg eod. That's usually plenty for me and keeps me in perfect balance.
aroma is a build up compound therefore yo want to go with 25mg for the first wk to two wks(with 2wks being optimal) then you can roll back to 12.5mg for the duration. you want to load with it first though so it doesnt take as long to build up in your system
Never understood guys who run aromasin eod with the half life being short
even on trt i run 12.5 after i pin. on blast eod. my e2 is always real high but i am not bothered by any sides.weird. with a test of 2600 ng my e2 was 150ish
I hate anti e lol, glad I don't have a lot of issues...prolactin is my nemesis

some people dont get the concept of keeping levels as stable as possilbe. same concept with anti e as with say test or tren, the more frequent the dosing sched the more stable the blood. estro needs to be kept in check in some people so following the load phase then the maint daily dose would be the optimal way to go. i have no clue why anyone would want their estro levels to go up and down with eod or e3d dosing
Would you know if you were getting gyno 100% of the time or can it happened just like bam!? Lol I'm major gyno paranoia, seems I'm always observing my nipples to make sure it never happens to me. I don't really have puffy nips, and they don't hurt or anything. Sometimes I have these aches in my chest but their not really close to the nipple area and it doesn't line up with pre gyno symptoms! I use 25mg a day aromasin split dose, legit ai for sure, and I'm 3 weeks into cycle. Just really don't want this to happen lol, am I the only one paranoid of gyno???
if you are not prone to gyno or dont have high estro you shouldnt include in an anti estro for 2 reasons 1- it hinders growth and progress 2-it can have an adverse effect on your junk working properly. it's funny you mention checking and messing with your nipples because you are paranoid. i have known tons of people over the years that were the same way and the vast majority didnt have estro issues. what i would suggest is about the time whatever you cycle is peaks, go have some bloods done and get your estro checked. if it is elevated then, add in a little anti e but taking it as a precaution without needing it is an expensive and hindering reason lol
It's imperative to keep e2 in range, despite gyno issues
depends on how far you are out of range. if it is a little high and you arent experiencing side effects then adding in an anti e is not needed. if you are just outside of range or in range and add in an anti e, it can and will most likely take you under range and even up to zero out. like i said i am not a advocate in taking something just as a precaution especially if that could hinder progress or gains. i honestly think far to many people take anti estro that dont need it and i would be willing to bet that 95% have never even had blood work done. it is also out there that having a little elevated estro(again as long as it isnt causing side effects) is good for joints, sexual function and a host of other benefits. hell i know of people that take anti e just to keep water retention down
Like Guns mentioned, getting blood work done is essential in knowing where your levels are. I'd venture to say (and this is just an assumption) that the vast majority of people don't get bloods done and don't know exactly where their e2 is. I for one have been guilty of that. Gyno is just as much psychological as it is physical. I've seen guys poke, pull, twist, prod, mash, palpate, rub, and tweak their nipples into oblivion because of the fear that they might be getting gyno. Typically, this is going to make your nipples irritated and swollen which then makes a lot of guys think they are actually getting gyno, when they're really not. A lesson that I've learned the hard way over the years is that blood work is essential for optimum results.
