Just wondering. Might consume one a week at most. I can see it being necessary for people cutting but any strength people just say **** it and get all their proteins from real food?

I drink a shake a day and put real food in it,lol, and whey of course

I really get away from them after I have a long diet. Funny I will go through bucket after bucket (just one shake or pudding a day) during the comp diet. Then post show I will have the last bucket purchased for a year. Crazy I know
I have one big dhake in the Morning.I would have more but I make up for it elsewhere

I normally only drink 2 a day. 1 after my workout and 1 casein a few hours before bed. BUT my next bulk i am really trying to size up and i will be taking 3 shakes. 2 shakes will be 2 servings of whey each and 1 will be 1 serving of casein for a total of 3 shakes but 5 servings a day
I used to drink like 4-5 a day but food protein keeps u lean.

i have one a day or 2 in the off season but when i prep its whole food and whole food only. i dont like being hungry and i love to eat
