whats everyones supplement list look like?
I have been aggressively leaning out the last 8wks with a much success. The aminos really seem to be doing the trick as far as protecting lean mass. Weight and cardio workouts have been great for strenth and endurance even in a 1000cal a day defecit. Dropped 10lbs with a slight increase in muscle and strength. No exaggeration, no gear.
BCCA Boost by TP- pre cardio and pre workout. Contains, BCAA's (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine 2:1:1), Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, L-Taurine, Betaine HCL, Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Extract
Taurine/l-glutamine/glutamine peptide mix- 60%/20%/20%- 10grams 2x a day on empty stomach. Also taken right before and after WO. Taurine really seems to be great for endurance and cell volumization. The glutamine is really cutting down on soreness.
Green Tea Extract 2 grams/day
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Fish Oil- Taking a few caps with most meals and taking 5 caps with 5 grams MCT every protein shake
MCT
Protein blend 50%whey iso cf/30% milk iso/20% caisein.
Micellular Caisein bedtime
Multi- 2x day
thats it for now, adding a fat burner and yohimbe hcl soon

Well the aggressive cut finally caught up to me. Crashed bad the last few days. Lethargy, and strenth plus bw has gone down too much. Need to go back to maintenance to get the metabolism going again. Still happy but wish it could just keep going as it was. My legs felt like lead today.

i use beastrol, m-drol, superdrol the real deal in white bottle, h-drol, md extreme, tuarine, dhea, milk thistle, cranberry extract, saw palmetto, glucose, creatine, protein whey, tribulus, chromium picolinate 500mcg, beta carotene, b 12 tabs 1,000mcg, dextrose powder 3 scoops, st johns wart, hgh2, nows dopa mucuna l-dopa 15% 30mg per tab.

^^^^ PLEASE YOUNGER GUYS, I USE ONLY THROUT THE YR THE PH AT TIME LIMITED IT GIVES U ON BOTTLE. VERY WRONG OF ME TO WRITE THAT THAT WAY. i dont take all those ph all at once thats crazy my fault. but i do take bcaas. and the rest daily. dont ever take ph of those listed together ever it could harm you.

liquid BCAA's, multi, ester-c time release, CLA, Flax oil, red yeast rice, chromium p, 100% isolate, triple chlorophyll, and right now glucosamine/MSM for my joints.
