That means I need more fiber then! LOL! Maybe tis will help me cut down on tp cost ha ha!
Bro I'm up in the 45g range but my problem is I use the restroom about 4-5 times a day
Not sure but I eat fiber one cereal like it is going out of style

Had to dig out the benefiber from the back of the cabinet this morning. More fiber it is!
I dont count fiber, but do intake at least 2 cups of vegeatbales daily---includes brocolli and other veggies.
I poop around 8 times per day, and I never wipe....so I guess I am good to go????
