So, I usually use long esters and have decided to switch things up a bit. Ive been using NPP, prop and TNE and am looking for new places to pin. I'm not scared of it just need some input on where to stick next. I normally use glute, quad and sometimes shoulders. Matter of fact I did the suspension in my shoulder and that hurt :). Any tips would be great guys!! So I'm looking for advice on where to stick, gauge of needle and size. Thanks for all the help everyone. There is a reason this is my home board :)
