I'd say if he's trying to get a leaner body building appearance then trim down first. Get the diet straight. What's his training history? If not fairly extensive I'd try to make some good natural gains first then: test 400- 500 Mgs for 10- 12 weeks and add dbol if desired for 4 weeks. I like Nolva during cycle. I guess as long as there's no deca or tren it's ok from what I've heard. Then standard pct. I've had a lot of friends who have ran gear before even coming close to making any good solid natural gains and for the amount of gear they ran I wasn't really impressed with their gains. That's my 2 cents

Those were sorta what I was thinking as well.

Don't wage the primo ur bf should be low to use it I call it a contest prep aas test and dbol is plenty for first cycle

400-500mg of test and call it a day. you can add in the dbol at the begining for a little bump until the test kicks in but that isnt necessary since it is a first run. the biggest thing for getting started n the game is to start with one compound and go as low as possible while still seeing results. you have to ramp up year after year and if you can make gains off of a few hundred mg then that's what you want. as for anti e, just keep them around in case they are needed but if not dont use them. contrary to popular belief you need estrogen to grow and if you crush your estro and dont need to then the gains will be little to none at all. save the anti e for flare ups and use the bare minimum to control it if you need it. diet diet diet and train hard, that's the foundation of making gains

I agree with the others. First off its his fist cycle i always recomend test only for first cycles its easier that way. Plus if something starts going bad and your taking 3 things you never took before it may be to hard to figure out which one to stop.
500mg test (what ever kind he want) per week with and AI and thats all. Primo might be a waste if he is high bf and since he is higher bf i wouldnt think he wouuld want the bloat or water weight the dbol may put on him.
500mg test p and hell be gtg.

150 Test Prop (eod)
100 Masteron (eod)
50 Winstrol (ed)
Liv 52 (ed)
weeks 2 - 8
clen ed
weeks 6 - 10
test prop 150 eod
tren ace 75 eod
winny 50 ed
liv 52 ed
clen 1-2 (ed)
just food for thought. no worries if all dsagree because this one usually gets me prepped to put on the serious lean muscle.

that's a pretty sweet setup but this is his very first run. so if any issues come up he will have no idea at all in what's causing them.
