I’ve been skeptical about pills because they never seem to work, but this thing really does. I work 12 hours on my feet, I’m a carpenter I take one in the morning with my breakfast and I take the second one 30 prior workout. I wasn’t able to do pull ups before and now I’m improving, also more muscle and less fat. I’m very impressed. The key is to take it even in the days you don’t workout. You won’t be disappointed.
