It sounds to me like you only have done 2 injections so far in your quad. Is this your first experience pinning? Virgin muscles will always hurt until they get used to the pinning.
Also as far as no pip with pharmacy grade again PIP is nt just from the gear. think about this ok, any shaking at the top of the syringe when injecting is multiplied at the tip of the needle because its so small. The needle in your muscle if your hand is shaking is kind of like a little blender and its ripping and tearing the muscle. This is fine because it will heal itself but it will hurt while its healing. That is one factor of pip.
Another factor may be that maybe your body is just fighting the oil a little more then normal i noticed this happens from time to time. You could also have missed part of the muscle and then your body will be trying harder to break it up and it will hurt a little more. There are really so many ways to get PIP even with the best gear its possible. I am sure you do not have an infection and its just irritated. Just give it time and keep an eye on it.
You can heat the oil up a little before you pin it. One way is to get a bowl of warm water (not to hot) and put the vial in the water only up to the oil dont let the water get anywhere near where you inject. I do not do this but its one way to do it. Another way and to me this is the easiest and safest is to draw the oil into a pin, cap the pin and put the needle onto a heating pad and fold the pad over the needle so its wrapped up. Let it sit in there for a few minutes and pin. Heating up the oil will allow the oil to flow better and your body will break it up better and should help with the pip.
I have a question. What size needle are you using? Gauge and length? Also one more thing I would like to add was When i first started pinning quads it hurt worse then anywhere else I had pinned before but once my quad got used to it, its not my go to spot.
Last but not least I have heard A LOT about fake Norma Test E 250 amps going around. Now just because they are "fakes" does not mean the gear is not good. I cannot comment on if yours are real or not or if they are bunk or not but do a good search and see what others have said and see if you can match your amps and box to the real ones or the fake ones and that should help you a little as far as that goes.
Pharma companies have strict laws and regulations so most of there stuff will look the same. Look at all your vials and see how they match up to each other. Look for inconsistencies in lettering, the bottle shape and the level of oil in each one. Although this is not a sure fire way to determine if you have real ones or not its a good start. Most fakes of any brand has inconsistencies and errors because they do not have the same system or quality control in place.
