Any suggestions on how to build my cycle?

Hey team,


I have cycled for over 15 years. I have played with low 500s, to high 3000mgs weekly. I have done tons of shit.

But I wanted to see if there were different ideas on cycling that you guys may be using.

What is on hand (plenty of)

Test Enan 300mgs
Deca 300mgs
Anadrol 50mgs
masteron 200mgs
EQ 300mgs
winstrol 50mg

Cialis
and I also have 2 bottles of prop, and npp that I want to use for start up.

I am currently 217lbs around 12%- 15% (December ****ed me up I ate crap for 2 weeks straight)

I am going to compete in a big show November 2013. I want to be 190lbs on stage.
I can go to 230lbs and then stay at 201 heavy on stage at 4% ripped?????

I have not been over 220 in 2 years, so my goal is to hit 230 for sure. I am 5'10nish



On my next order I would need to get some antis---nolva to probably run it 20mg ed during the cycle, and some stuff for PCT.

P.S. I have not cycled anything much for over 15 months now----girl ***** whipped is what I call that.
But she is no longer around, so time to get large again.

test/deca/EQ, kickstart with prop/npp/drol and end with winny maybe ?

if you need to cut down at the end us all the short esters cutting shit at the end maybe? i dont know much about shows so i can be much of a help here.

Oh sorry I also have 100tabs of 10mgs var as well. But that's probably not enough, I probably need another 100 to do anything with it.

I have never run anavar before, so for this toy I really don't know when the best time. Starting?? Ending? mid point?

are u asking for a plan for the year or just a cycle?

I always use a long ester test at high mg,but i believe in fast esters stacked just as much if not more!
If u have enough time before comp my oppinion has always gain,gain as much as possible and diet down...Guns can give a great regiment...3000mg and more ew is normal IMO and eating like a horse to achieve max bulking...I would add some prop,tren etc...Drol upsets my stomach and prevents me from eating what i should be throwing down!
TNE,dbol inj I like best....born2juice u know ur stuff bud u will do fine...I totally understand bein in a relationship hampers what u really wanna do IMO most of the time...and now that situation isnt in the equation that has always made me train harder!

Yes ARX I am going to be running around 2000mgs of test, 1000mgs deca, 600 EQ

I have not done TNT in years to be honest I only ran around 5000mgs ever, I can't remember it very well hahahahah.
I have anadrol versus dbols, I realize that these two are not the same, but equally for strength and truthful bulking---water retention is deit dependent NOT compound dependant.

I love prop and npp a lot. But I am only using it right now for the first 4 weeks while the long acting kick in.
I may keep prop in there for the duration of the cycle.


Yes now that I am single, I am not going to be happy with a 2nd place or 3rd place any longer.
I am going to **** that stage up.

THis is why NOW is the time to plan this perfectly.

bm2006 this is the beginning, I plan on going hard until the November show.

I still don't know how to use the var in there, IF I should use it at all right now, or leave it until the contest prep cut down.


Masteron?? and winstrol? How should I use these?

I am just not sure on masteron, winstrol, var during this first 3 months of the prep. I am 10 months away from the show.

1000mg of deca the sound of it is giving me deca d**k.lol....I love deca but the sides dont work for the man downstairs!
I luv EQ at 900-1200mg ew and ill run it all year!
I would use the var the last half of prep..5month from now or so IMO.....I would run the masteron last 8weeks forsure,but i love masteron thru a long cycle here and there!
Guns can give a better prep..I tend to load up on everything till i achieve a certain weight gain especially I use short esters thru out my mass builder...Some use prop,tne,npp,ppp,etc just for the 1st 4-5weeks....I strongly believe in having Ppp,prop,tren etc thru out cycled on and off for 6-8-10weeks...take a break off tren etc for 4-6weeks than hit it again!
Npp and winny the last 6-8weeks im sure...Diuretics and calorie intake the last few months are what can ruin the whole show! Come in to dry or flat or peak the day before etc...Its good ur getting goals and a good plan down now instead of shuffling for answers months from now bud.

I also usually always change my long esters every 10-12weeks...some dont believe in this,but i find this works best for me! I wont just use 2g ew of Test Enanth for 8-10months..Ill change to cyp,sust,isocaproate etc along with short esters!

pretty solid info in this thread- One thing I havent heard mentioned in the addition of Slin- giving it any thought? It's without a doubt the thing that really changed the way I look at cycle construction once I used it properly. Obviously it requires a great amount of structure and dedication, but for the price its almost a no brainer. I tend to use it only a few weeks at a time.

In the first few weeks of a heavy bulk cycle when I am really jumping in weight, and durring a mid cycle blast. It can really take a toll on you mentally trying to stay on top of the timing of it, but worth it IMO.
