20mg of melatonin 1500-2g of valarine root and 3-5g of gaba. you will sleep trust me and not be all fucked up either. even works when you are ready to eat your couch
I cannot consume any stims after 2-3pm. I do like Guns recommendation. I do the same thing except valerian.
Or just reschedule your workouts until the morning. Or remove energy drinks so you don't have to drink melanin and sleeping pills. It's as easy as shelling pears - if there is a problem and you know the reason, then remove the reason and do not mock your body.
I stopped pre workout stims. For sure I train harder but if I do caffeine or stims after 3, no sleepy.
When I couldn't sleep it turned out my liver values were extremely high. I don't know what you take but its worth checking out. My doctor prescribed buspirone 5mg 2x a day. It helps
