which is better... FLAX SEED OIL or VIT. E ??

HI, just wanted to know which is better between flaxseed oil and vit.e, and or what's the diff. between the two.

Flax seed oil - is for getting beneficial fats.

Vit E - Is used by many as an antioxident.

thank you for all your reply. is it ok to take both vit.e and flax seed at the same time?? will it be good for the body ?? and what is the best brand of flax seed and vit.e u know of because there are lots of products that are not that effective. thanks :)
