eat the whole cow bro but you off to a good solid base imo i am 6 foot also and today i am at 226 lbs 9%bf wanting to get bigger and allways trying eat big my brother 4500-5000 cal ed
yeah so far I have been eating round 2500-3000 calories/day..but its hard for me with school/classes/all that stuff...but I am trying =)

I still am reduced to eating cans of tuna now and then, instead of a "real meal". Technically you want a fat or carb to have your protein with, but there are always ways to get some good protein in you within 5 minutes or less. I wont say that you need to stay off AS, I think the biggest reason to make such a suggestion is to make sure your here for the long haul, some guys think its the easy ticket and will quit working out within a few months or just half ass everything the whole way through and waste thier time anyway.
If your dedicated, eat that tuna, or whatever, bring chicken with you, as long as its not out for too long I dont see a problem with chicken, although some people get nervous if its room temp for more than 20 minutes but I've had stuff that had sat out all day, risky I suppose, so keep it cool while you can if you stick to chicken and are nervous about getting sick. I'm not a huge fan of protein bars because they lie on the labels and they cost alot, but that is another route as well.
