    Hi digital here........not digitalmuscle lol i keep forgetting my password

    anyways i have 8 weeks left of my looong cyle where i will take "off" a couple months and reduce test to 300mg a week before embraking on another cycle either test deca or test eq again.

    anyways , i am very keen on hgh , i am considering using 4iu ed or 5 iu 2 on 1 off ? dosage will be split first thing in the morning 30min before pre workout meal and then again around 12 an hour before my 1pm meal, is this correct?i want to take it for at least 6 months. with 12.5 to 25mcg t3 ed as well.

    for those that use gh what are your thoughts and is it worth it ? my goals as always is lean muscle size and fatloss will be a bonus at this stage. i am still hovering around 11 percent (on calipers) at the moment so am avoiding any slin use till well into the single digit figures.

    currently 220-225 lbs 11 percent b/f
    age - 33
    lots of aas cycles (nothing truly exotic mainly test, test eq, and test deca type cycles)

    i too am doing gh for the first time!! i decided on 4iu's. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. i'm going 5 on and 2 off. i wanted to ad the t3 as well, but its not looking like thats gonna happen right now...

      Why no t3 dave? Its been suggested I take my body temp ed and when it drops intro the t3

        T3 is not necessary, unless you are tryin to up your metabolic rate. Thing im wonderin about is why 2 on 1 off? Ive heard of wkends off, but only if you dont want to spend the extra $ on gh. 6 months if heard is the min for being on, so that is ok i guess, but you know it takes some time to kick in, so you are really only getting the effect for about 5 months as it can take 4-6wks to start seeing anything..some see it earlier tho.

          sorry have re evaluated will be 5 on 2 off structure 5iu a day to start , will bump this to 6 iu and ed if finances allow. i am hoping to continue it past the 6 month mark, but again will re evlauate after 5 months and decide if its worth it at the end of the day. i am fully aware that the gh is nothing more than the cherry on the top , my aas , diet and training is all spot on i believe at the moment and putting all my effort there.

            digital why so high of a dose with gh at 6ius to start out with. Or if your not starting with 6 but your going up to 6ius, why . When I went on for a year I thought I had to g up to 5ius but the sides were that bad and just stayed at 3ius for 9months to a year and I saw the fat just melt off.3ius were plenty

              hi Fuzo,

              going on recomendations, i have kefie gh , i see alot of people ramp it starting at 2iu ed. its been suggested i just start at 5iu and just continue at that, for now i am not planning on going higher , although i would love to be on 8 iu's ed eventually ? would you suggest ramping it week 1 - 2iu a day (5 on 2 off) week 2 - 3iu a day ( 5 on 2 off) and so on ?


              what are your thoughts splitting the dose, 1st shot 4.15 am (30min before pre workout waxy maise) second shot either 12 (1 hour before 1pm meal) or 2pm (1 hour after 1pm meal) ?

              i will be using humalog post workout starting at 3iu working my way up to maybe 8iu (i have used slin on 2 x 4 week runs in the past so do know the carb protocol etc)


              all shots subq. been suggested i start low dose t3 at 25mcg ed (should i wait on this till it is necessary or can i run it alongside from the beginning ?

                Took your advice and started low.mixed it this am,very very nervous,no shaking just a swirl or 2 ,took 3 iu at 4am ,will start t3 At 25mcg ed from now.I now wait for some sides ,so I know its legit.how long till any of you experinced any sides from gh ?

                  taking 25mg t3 everday for a whole cycle of gh would you see any problems with your natty t3 production?

                    2-3 IU'S A DAY OF THE GH WILL BE FINE IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME USING IT

                      That dosage will certainly help financially and can run it a lot longer,my understanding though is 3iu odd is suffiecient for fatloss and wellbeing aspects but muscle building in the long run ideally 5 to 8 iu?

                        ok well 6 days in and holding alot of water at the moment, up 9lbs ????? now i am not sure if the bloat is from the slin or the gh, think its a bit soon for the gh ?

                          what dose did you decide to run? may have to do with you starting so high if you started at 5iu's.

                            i started high by mistake (i am to embarressed but wasnt concentrating at 4am) so first 2 shots high (shot 1 3iu i guess and shot 2 - 7iu i guess ), but then lower dose from there, it was on the day of the second shot in the afternoon i started bloating, progressivly got worse from there, but i also started the slin on the second day, started low 3iu and have worked up to 6iu over 3 shots , i only use slin pw, and the only carbs i have in a day are during my workout, postworkout slin shake and 1 hour after that otherwise i am on protiens and fats ?

                              i know that they say that the reason to slowly up the iu's is to minimize the amount of bloat that you get as you work your way up. I know at 2iu's i haven't seen any bloat in the first week and i don't think the guy running it with me is seeing any either. How many iu's are you taking now?
