My Fall cycle
Very simple here,..im on week seven of a fourteen weeker of jus test. doing what I have left of some Cyp then finishing off with some Testovirons I had at 500mgs. im looking to put on some lean pounds this winter while the monsoons are here, my girl and I also joined a new gym,..24hr Fitness. yeah, yeah, but hey I need something new,..my other gym was way too boring and they have more equipment to play on. a climbing woulda really been the s#it ! with that I'll keep y'all posted,..and yes I will post some pics. Good luck - I've done similar cycles before and had decent results.
Just stay consistent with the lifting and it will work well.

Good luck on ur cycle. Its been a long time since I have done just one or two compounds in a cycle..lol. :D If you are getting the gains u need that is cool though

Im really diggin' this new training my personal trainer has me doing. I can skip rope like a boxer and im doing lots of dynamic stuff. really helps in my Kempo class, I can really get some air and hangtime now. and yes the definition is really starting to show !

Well it's been ten days since my last inject,..I was really expecting a lil more..but im not too disapointed. between the Testoviron and the homebrew I really liked the homebrew the best, it was really smooth and didn't leave me hurting the next day. I didn't notice any real mood changes, bloating etc. my existing lil bit of gyno did swell a bit but never since I ended the cycle. gotta love that Aromasin ! I did get pretty hard and defined, mostly because I trained different. less heavy with super sets and compounding exercises. I skip rope and even run laps on the treadmill,..never was into that just did my Kempo forms but I actually like it ! I like to challenge myself so pushing myself to run an extra lap or skip for a few more minutes is fun. I'll go back and forth in front of the rows of people doing cardio just to be a smart a$$. my biggest mistake was my D-I-E-T, I had to constantly be eating to get the caloric intake and with some to spare. by the end of the day my sodium and cholesterol was though the roof, and I was eating good too, no bunk. yep I sure did learn alot on this one, mostly diet and training better,..with an open mind not so much of my "old skool" routines. It was all the gear I had left and I saved it for a good cause, if I ever get the chance again I'll be looking forward to it big time, now that I have some better routines and game plan on diet. as soon as I get my stats I'll post'em. i'd add some weeks to that "cycle" brotha. u gotta trick your body into think your new muscle is the norm and get homeostasis
