  • work out split!

    guys can someone write me a good one i will be working out mon-thurs fo right now please help me out with this thanks guys! i am just getting back into the gym i need a good one i am trying to bulk right now then i iwll be cutting in about 12 weeks or so!

    chances are, someone cant just write you a good workout routine. Maybe they can, I could be wrong. They will probably just give u something that worked for them but might not work for you. I would suggest remember what worked for u in the past. For bulking, squats, bench press, military and deads work best, heavy as you can go with low reps. Keep training time short 50 minutes to 1.5 hours, I'm sure u already know that.
    I like to do the bodypart that is lacking most on the very first day of the week so it's fresh. so
    M _ Back
    T _ Chest
    W _ Legs
    T _ Shoulders
    F _ arms, arms r the least important, u can substitue arms on some other day since u r taking friday off. Heavy training will make ur arms grow I.E> squats, deads
