I am so pumped for it. I really want to fast forward to the crazy.
Do you avoid confrontation or do you live for the rush??

I don't look for it at all. Put my energy elsewhere and do more listening and observing.
I do not shy away from it. In my job there is plenty of times a contractor will bow up when they get a red tag from me. Lots of bluster and some guys cave and negotiate. NOT ME! you earned the red tag by not following the rules. Only got into 1 fist fight at work and it was all on dash cam. Wish I could post it on youtube. It was funny starting with the pushing and such and ending with him lying on his back after I pushed him off me and his heels hit the curb and he fell backwards. He hit his head on the sidewalk and looked like a turtle on it's back
I get a calm come over me. I have been sparring in the ring for 13 years now with a couple of sanctioned bouts. If confrontation was a prob I would have quit after broken nose #1.
i greet it if it's brought to my doorstep but i much rather avoid it if possible, my energy and aggressiveness is much better spent in the gym and the dojo and on some asshat who wants to start it. i worked with someone til he was finally terminated a year or so ago who's mantra was basically "if there's no controversy, i'll start some", biggest douche flute i've ever met in my entire life.
I avoid it at all costs. I never try to even put myself in a situation that is going to get heated
I rather not push it , until I'm backed into a corner , then that's it , I'm either gonna raise up on you and you're gonna listen or let's just bang out , Fuck It .
If you get me , then you get me , but if I get you , count sheep bro , cuz I'm aiming to knock you're head off !!!
only as a last resort. i used to live and look for the fight but after many losses of rank and loss of tons of money. so now only when it is absolutely necessary
Confrontation and stress will give you cancer.
I hate it. I react poorly. I go completely overboard every time and end up feeling bad or in trouble. I am working on it because I have seen what it has done to my family.
I am getting better at catching myself when I feel anger coming on. It still happens but I used to really come unhinged over stuff. I still lose it and tell people off at times, but I really do my best to avoid it. Being a non drinker has helped. The fact is, there is no doubt anger decreases quality of life and shortens our life span. Its the most physically destructive emotion there is. Anger kills.
Also If an angry person drinks alcohol its like throwing gas on a fire. A recipe for disaster.
I do not like it because i am super mellow until someone disrespects me or if someone is lying.
I have to work on forgiveness mow i have kids.
When i was younger it was throw them dogs.

used to at the drop of the hat. harder to bust people up when you have a family you have to take care of. i have had my pay reduced more than one time and didnt get paid at all for 18 months after one incident. so now most of the time i will let someone touch me first, so i can sort of have a little defense when i have to explain myself. put your hands on me and it's game on. i actually almost went to jail during the hurricane. when i jumped out of the car my wife said that my son was in the back seat saying mom dads going to jail mom dads going to jail. didnt have to get physical with that dude, he did what i told him without incident.
