i would have pm you, however you always have a good reason for being a little unorthodox. also, being that you are one of the biggest guys on here, i figured it might benefit everyone.
why do you not split up your dbol through out the day? i noticed in the cycle forum you are taking 20mgs before and after workout. with such a short half life it seems everyone (including myslef) splits dbol up into even doses through out the day. why are you trying to be different?
yeah blink why r u tryin to be different!!!!! lol sorry lildusty justin jokin....i always took a heavier does right before my workout for just logically reasons...never really had any facts behind it....just made sense....so i am curious myself if there is anything more behind it...good question!

that what i do, in the morning and before workout and i never take 2 tbs every 2 or 3 hours...... if i was taken 10tbs, i take 5 in the morning and 5 before workout :angel: :angel:

they say the best reason for single dosing is that its not as harsh on endogenous testosterone production opposed to dosing every 3-4 hours to keep hormone levels in the blood balanced which also suppresses endogenous testosterone production to a greater degree. blink's double dosing is effective too, i know lots of people who just look for a kick before workout.

i take mine all at once (40mg) 30 mins before working out. I get soo pumped up it is rediculous, i look like 15 pounds heaveir after 3 sets, gotta love the dbol
Id take a larger dosage before workout also. It kinda gives you that extra boost, don't know if it a mental or both. I need all the motavation i can get, lol!
