I wish I had one. I made a boston butt in the crock pot. It was great but smokers are awesome.

If you dry smoke your proteins well it is a great way to create food that will last a long time with you when traveling and on a regiment.
i smoke the generic BBQ but never done fish. i suppose most of the stuff i smoke would not be considered healthy but damn it tastes good
bacon wrapped cornish hen, stuffed peppers, bacon wrapped tater tots. also did some whole chickens, that is healthy
got a few that do different things.. apple is my fav. wood to use. the littlechief smoker is pretty economical and easy to use. only gets up to about 125 degrees
We smoked a brisket and bostin butt for a friend's bday this weekend. I don't really know how to do it but th e cook did a good job. nI ate until I literally could eat no more, I was miserable in a great way lol.
