Training every day all the time
Folks FUZO doesnt take a day off at 47 Im a mad man in the gym.Im 265 now not fat but big,a little bottom belly not much but something I never had to grab before and want to be smaller so I have to lose 20lbs. But I think my body is calling me FUUUUZZZOOOOO take a break take 2 days off heal your body heal your aches and pains. But FUZO says FU I train through pain I must grow I must get stronger,But FUUUUUZZZOOOOO you cant walk your knees are killing you your hips are killing you so FUZO is going to take a break and take 2 days off.I hope,lol

I can totally relate to what you are feeling lol...My experience has shown me that when I actually do take a break I tend to look and feel better...
When is this diet starting btw?!

Well on your REST & RECOVERY days *hint* since certain things are bothering you take the time to stretch, foam roll, inversion table time, go get a deep tissue massage, and most of all relax!!! Muscles need rest so they can grow period!!! Do 100 push-ups if you feel the need for a pump ;).

2 on 1 off helps keep ya fresh. I try to make myself take off after heavy days- like back or legs. Have a doobie and stretch on days off haha. FUZO I bet u would look pretty good at a lean 240-245.

All great advice that I have given for years but I am the wife, what do I know?lol Even with no rest he grows lol, but his damn cpk levels are always jacked and those muscles do need some rest. maybe he will listen to you:)

I will show you some pics of his traps when he was that weight all he has to do is think about shrugs abd they growlol.
