The top leaders in both parties on the House and Senate Agriculture committees have agreed to a one-year extension of the 2008 farm bill that expired in October, a move that would head off a possible doubling of milk prices next month.

these clowns yet again are just postponing the problem. they get paid to take care of these matters and waiting to the last minute yet again instead of spending the time needed to deal with the issues at hand. cant wait to see the price of a gallon of milk to close up on 10 bucks

They need to take a serious look into the crop insurrance programs... they could save themselves billions by doing away with that crap.
