      Those of you who follow powerlifting may have heard of him before, his name is Sam Byrd. This cat is bad mf, he competes @ 198, is around 5'7" and also competes as a bodybuilder. Thats a combo you don't see very often. Sam has the all time highest squat record in the 198's of 915.

      Actually, he competes @ 198, he weighs around 215-220. He's bad ass when it comes to diet, very disciplined.
