Tweetim @ 350 by the way brody and damn staight im takin the 171-200 weight class..i was gonna ask basically the same question but brody got to it first, however im gonna add a little to the question...our spring break is in a few months, im @ around 15% BF cuase ive been bulkin to break 200lbs. Im at 192 right now, only main reason i wanna keep bulkin is to win the competition. I realize eating so much no matter how clean im gonna gain some BF, so im wonderin if i run 3-4 times each week in the mornin say for 30min before i eat but keep eating around 3000 cals will my strength suffer?
Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself
