Tweet11/4/05 - Deadlift/squat
Today was a really good workout but it REALLY sucked because I havent squatted in about 6-7 weeks because I injured my knee. I was only able to do D/L and bench days. I could easily max out in the 400s, that would LIQUIFY me now.
Elevated D/Ls off an Aaerobic stepper (4.5 inches)
