A Day In The Stomach Of...
Chris Thibaudeau
(Pre-Vin Diesel-look-alike version)

I basically eat the same thing everyday.

Morning 7:15am

150-200 g of cheese
1 liter of skim milk (or chocolate milk)
2 Whole grain toasts
2 multivitamins

Snack 10:00-10:30

1 litter of skim milk
4-6 crackers

Lunch 13:00 (also post-sprint workout meal)

1 liter of skim milk
950 ml gatorade (or similar sports drink)
200 g or so of beef, chicken or fish
1 tomato
1 cucumber

Snack 15:00-15:30

500ml skim milk
Canned pinapple

Supper 19:00 (also post-strength workout meal)

2 liters of skim milk
200g of beef, chicken or fish
10g Creatine with 250 ml of grape juice
150-200 g Cheese with crackers
Before bed 10:30 - 11:00 (most of the time ... but not always!)

1 liter of skim milk

That comes up to roughly 350g of proteins, 480g of carbs, 110g of fat and 4300 kcals per day with a nutrients breakdown of 30% proteins, 45% of carbs and 25% fat. I am 5'9" and 227lbs with a bodyfat percentage of 10.2% (as of one month ago).

What I ate today, since its fresh in my memory!
For breakfast I had 4 eggs and one of those tendorized steaks,
the kind real cheap kind they have to tendorize to make chewable!
I think it was about a half pound of meat.
I had glass of cranberry juice, and a big glass of milk.
The cranberry juice was about 12oz, the milk was 32oz,
It was whole milk, by the way.

I had a snack about 10:30AM, it was a cinammon roll, and another 32oz of whole milk.

For lunch, I ate some leftover hamburger helper,
half of what you get when you make one complete box. When i make one box of it,
I seperate it into two meals. I had another small 12oz glass of cranberry juice and another 32oz of whole milk.

I had some sunflower seeds and some orange juice as a snack in the afternoon...
Id say a couple of oz. of sunflower seeds, 12oz of oranje juice, oh, and also i had an apple
and several dates. i think it was 4 dates, the kind with seeds.

I trained soon after this, and had 32oz of gatorade while training.

For dinner, I had some salad with various vegatables.
Carrots, spinach, lettuce, radishes, etc, and a big plate of spagetti,
including about 3/4 of a pound of hamburger.

I had an orange and an apple before training in the evening, and another 32oz of gatorade.

I ate 4 more dates immedietly when i got home after training, and another 32oz glass of milk.

Around midnight, I ate a small plate of leftover spagetti, and had a beer.

Im about to go to bed now, and I'll probably drink another 32oz of whole milk.
I might have another beer also.

I eat somewhat more on days like today when I train twice,
I eat a bit less when I train only once, and less still when I dont train at all,
which is usually only on Sundays.

FYI, I am about 355lbs right now, and about 19% bodyfat.
I also usually "force feed" myself a bit more the last few weeks before a meet,
since I feel stronger when I am heavier, and by the time the meet gets there,
I am usually sick of eating, so I take a few weeks off of eating big
and just eat what I want.

Right now I usually get myself up to 360 or a bit more for a meet, and after that,
I am just sick of eating so much, so usually lose 10-15lbs in the weeks after the meet
just from not eating well.

Its really hard for me to keep my weight up,
as I graduated high school weighing around 180lbs,
I am not natually a very big guy, and I dont really have a big appetite,
so I really have to force myself to eat a lot.
