TweetI've been following the Eddie Hall and Hafthor feud lately. Apparently Hafthor is going to attempt to break Eddie Hall's deadlift record of 500kg (1,100lbs) by 1kg. His attempt will be 501kg, but he's not doing it in competition setting since there aren't any going on for the time being. Instead, he's going to attempt it at his home gym. Eddie is totally against that, saying that all records should be done in a legit competition setting.

What do you think? I kinda agree with Eddie. I mean there's no official there to legally call the lift. Do you think breaking a record outside of a competition setting is official?
