TweetThere has been some controversy over the Bench Arch, with some people (most of which never benched as a powerlifter) arguing it may lead to injury.
In this video, Steve Goggins explains the Arch and why it is not dangerous and does not lead to injury. He also explains why the claim that the arch is "fake strength" is basically false.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
