it was good i bombed out last meet and when i missed my 1st attempt i was like oh no not again, once i got the 2nd lift it was a weight off my shoulders in the vid as i am getting up you can hear me say finally. but missing the 1st made me drop my last lift by 5 pounds, i was planning on 330 360 370 but i will take 355 it was a new pr for me.

Tweeti can only bench, shoulder have both had surgery and will not let me put a bar behind my neck, even with my hands on the collars, best i can do is about middle of my head, they would think i was some kind of cross fitter squatting with the bar resting on my head lol. can't dead cause it pulls my shoulder out of socket, when it lets go my arm drops about 1/4 of a inch, so until i get it operated on again i am bench only
