Introducing TrainingBlog.com to the powerlifting community.
TrainingBlog.com is an online social workoutlog made by and for (among others) powerlifters.
Logging workouts using normal forums or even an ordinary book is very dated and in reality does not give you the control or overview we should have. With the traditional way of logging we have to manually turn a page or go page by page back on the internet to find something we are looking for. We might not really know what we are looking for.
